How long do withdrawals take to process?

The two most important factors influencing withdrawal times are payment types and account status.

Some payment types, such as e-wallets, have an almost instantaneous withdrawal time from the moment is it processed at Wheelz until it drops into your e-wallet account. Other payment types, such as bank transfer, may take up to 3 days to reach your account once approval is made at Wheelz. These longer transaction periods are generally attributed to the routing system employed by the banking sector.

Alternatively, when logged in, you may visit the Cashier to see the specific methods available in your jurisdiction.

Regardless of your payment type, approval must first be made at Wheelz. Once a player has passed a certain volume of play at Wheelz, regulations require Wheelz to carry out a Know-Your-Customer (KYC)¹ check. For customers that have completed this check, small and medium-sized withdrawals are generally instantaneous. Depending on its size and other factors, larger withdrawals may be flagged for review regardless of the KYC status.
