Account Verification, also known as a KYC Check, is requested by the Wheelz payments team on an as-needed basis. Account verification is required by regulations when a customer passes certain transaction thresholds. Wheelz may also request a KYC check if unusual account activity necessitates an additional review.
When you are asked to Verify your Account, we will notify you via email and SMS. At that time, you will be permitted to upload your identification documents at the Verification page. You may upload your documents on both desktop and mobile devices. Scanned documents and screenshots are preferred as opposed to smartphone photos.
Please note that the verification section will not permit uploads until a verification check has been requested.
Account Verification may require some or all of the following information:
Valid Picture ID: Passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. The identification must be a valid, government-issued photo ID. A national authority must have issued your ID card.
Utility Bill: The utility bill should be less than 3 months old and showing the same home address you registered with your Wheelz account.
Payment Method: Should we request payment method verification as well, upload a statement confirming your payment method(s) no older than 3 months and clearly showing the account holder and account number. The following documents are accepted as a form of Payment Method Verification:
Bank Transfer: Bank statements should include your name and address, and should match the details of your Wheelz Casino account.
Credit Cards: Front and back images of the credit card are required. The back of the card must be signed by you. The front image must clearly show the first six (6) and last four (4) digits (1234 56XX XXXX 1234) of the credit card number.
E-Wallets: E-Wallets follow the same general rules as bank statements. These statements should include the account holder’s name and address matching your Wheelz account information. If your e-wallet provider does not send you paper or PDF statements or a digital copy is not available for download, a screenshot of the account details showing the customer name and address is required.
