The game won't start, what should I do?

The first step is to restart your browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). If that does not work, the next step is to restart your device completely. If that still doesn’t work, check and make sure your browser and device are fully updated, as outdated software isn’t compatible with Wheelz’s newer technologies.

If you are playing an older title, it may be a Flash-only game. Flash is unsupported on mobile, and most browsers disable Flash by default, so this could be preventing your game from loading. Flash incompatibility has become less of an issue lately as game providers have either completely switched to HTML-based games or are converting over their legacy Flash titles.
