The first step is to restart your browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc). If that does not work, the next step would be to restart your device completely. If that still doesn’t work, check and make sure your browser and device are fully updated as legacy software is often incompatible with Wheelz’s newer technologies.

If you are playing an older title, there is a strong possibility that it might be a Flash-only game. Flash is unsupported on mobile, and most browsers disable Flash by default, so this could be preventing your game from loading. Flash incompatibility is becoming less of an issue lately as game providers have either completely switch over to HTML-based games or are currently converting over their legacy Flash titles.
