For most games, yes. To play the games at Wheelz for free, log out from Wheelz and click Games in your sidebar (desktop) or from the ≡ menu (mobile & desktop). You can then browse the game lobby and click the thumbnail to launch a game. While playing in a logged-off state, the games will operate with Play Money. Free-to-play is helpful if you want to try a game before betting Real Money.
