If you wish to close your account permanently, contact our Customer Support via email team and express your reasons for wanting a permanent account closure. Unfortunately, this can not be done through our website.

Please be aware that under most circumstances, an account holder who has permanently closed their account will not be permitted to open another account at Wheelz.
