How long do withdrawals take to process?

Two important factors will affect the withdrawal time: payment type and account status.

Payment types, such as e-wallets, have almost instant withdrawal times, meaning you’ll get your money as soon as the withdrawal has been processed at Wheelz. Bank transfers, on the other hand, can take 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

Ensure you have selected your country’s website localisation (found in the footer menu) to view the correct payment types. Alternatively, when logged in, visit the Cashier to see the specific methods available in your jurisdiction.

The second factor we mentioned is your account status, meaning the KYC ¹ (know your customer) verification. Once a player has reached a certain threshold at Wheelz, we must carry out a KYC check. Small and medium-sized withdrawals are generally instantaneous for customers who have completed this check. Depending on its size and other factors, larger withdrawals may be flagged for review regardless of the KYC status.
