How do I know when my account has been verified?

When your account has been verified, you will receive a confirmation from Wheelz Casino. If there is a problem with one or more of your KYC documents, we will contact you and request that you re-upload the document(s).

Please be patient while we process your KYC. We strive to complete these checks as soon as possible, but sometimes, delays occur due to the length of the KYC queue. Each check is performed carefully, which may result in some wait time. With that said, processing KYCs is a priority for our Payments team, and we are continually working to improve that process.

Lastly, we ask you to enable consents if you are not receiving regular messages from Wheelz. Enabling consent ensures you receive your KYC confirmation and other important information from Wheelz, along with promotions and special offers.
